Serving Landlords

Traffic Ticket Rescue helps landlords to understand the various rights and responsibilities owed to the tenant as well as the rights and responsibilities as are owed to the landlord.  In a legal dispute, Traffic Ticket Rescue provides services that may include document preparation for the various Landlord Tenant Board documents such as the applicable Notice and Application forms as well as resolution negotiations, representation at Landlord Tenant Board hearings, and much more.  In short, Traffic Ticket Rescue provides knowledgeable help with the paperwork and administration and professional advocacy that may be required to maintain healthy and rewarding landlord and tenant relationships.

Serving Tenants

To a tenant, your rental dwelling is 'your home'. Of course, 'home' means something unique to everyone and these special feelings are recognized. With this said, Traffic Ticket Rescue also recognizes that impartial empathy is often necessary to remain focused upon the legal issues and to remain an objective advisor and negotiator. Traffic Ticket Rescue helps tenants to resolve disputes by first reviewing the facts and issues and then by working to negotiate a resolution with the landlord. If resolution is evasive, Traffic Ticket Rescue can prepare the required Landlord Tenant Board forms and advocate at Landlord Tenant Board hearings.

Traffic Ticket Rescue provides legal services for Landlord and Tenant Board matters involving Allegations of Failure of Landlord to Properly Maintain Premises, and much more, as issues common to concerns governed by the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006S.O.  2006, Chapter 17.  With this said, sometimes when a dispute involves a residential landlord and tenant, certain issues must proceed at the Landlord Tenant Board and other issues must proceed at the Small Claims Court.  The failure to bring specific issues into the proper forum may cause a dismissal the proceedings.  It is also possible that when a dispute is brought into the wrong forum, the right to a redo or a restart of proceedings in the proper forum is lost.  Accordingly, choosing the proper forum is imperative.  With other cases, such as commercial tenancy disputes, the issues are always beyond the jurisdiction of the Landlord Tenant Board and must be pursued in the Small Claims Court (or higher court) depending on circumstances and the legal issues involved and whether the matter involves less than the $35,000 per Plaintiff limit.

Traffic Ticket Rescue provides affordable Landlord Tenant Board services for clients located in Toronto, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Agincourt, among other places!
